Once upon a time, a frustrated broker determined that an inequity existed within the real estate brokerage industry between he and his client. He thought to himself, “Self, there must be a better way”. And, as a result, Flat Fee Realty was born. The company’s mission is to educate the real estate consumer, whether buying or selling, in the real estate transaction process. Once educated and provided with a viable option to the traditional methods, we believe that the informed consumer will realize that enlisting the services of a fee for service broker just makes good common sense
