Dave Nabors is the founder and Qualifying Broker for Flat Fee Realty, Inc. Dave has been a successful real estate agent and investor since 2002 after leaving a prosperous corporate career in the engineered product sales and medical services fields. Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree from Purdue University graduating in 1980. He has held senior C level management positions with public companies and has nurtured and grown several smaller private companies. After having learned much about the residential real estate industry, he identified a glaring market void and decided to help fill that void. He is a no nonsense businessman that gets the job done. His experience in business, real estate, and construction, make him uniquely qualified to pursue this particular passion.

The Flat Fee agent is also unique in that they are experienced in the industry, pursue their career on a full time basis, and recognize that their expertise is valuable and that they are more than salespersons, they are consultants. They have the wisdom that only experience in the field can provide. They are paid a salary and bonus dependent on company profitability which will allow them to focus on your needs, not their own. Their expenses are paid by the company. They are able to live a balanced life because they have others on their team to help them with the many tasks required to properly serve buyers and sellers. This allows them to do what they do best which serves everyone’s best interests, theirs and, more importantly, yours.

It is our belief that this approach to buyer and seller representation establishes a new paradigm that takes advantage of current technologies and recognizes the value added by the competent broker/agent.
