Buyer Services Pricing Terms and Conditions

Buyer Consultation Only $500 (non Refundable Due at Signing)

Bronze Level Service Agreement (4) $2,500 ($250 non Refundable Due at Signing)

Silver Level Service Agreement (4) $5,000 ($500 non Refundable Due at Signing)

Gold Level Service Agreement (4) $7,500 ($750 non Refundable Due at Signing)

1 Providing a One Year Home Warranty is a $375 value.

2 Providing a One Year Termite Re-Treatment Bond is an approximate $500 value.

3 Providing a Professional House Cleaning Service is an approximate $250 value.

4 All buyers who buy a listing that is listed within the First MLS (FMLS) system must pay an FMLS fee of $1.20 per thousand of sales price due at closing to broker. This is a fee assessed to brokers for listing properties within the FMLS system. FMLS provides a rebate to brokers annually based on the amount of fees paid to FMLS by Broker throughout the year. The Seller will receive a proportionate amount of the rebate within 30 days of FMLS providing Broker with their rebate. There is no fee assessed to Brokers by the Georgia (GAMLS) for listed properties.

In the case when the commission offered to the Broker by the Seller for procuring a willing and able buyer exceeds the amount of commission agreed upon between the Broker and the Buyer through this Agreement, then Broker will cause a rebate to be paid to Buyer within ten (10) days of closing equal to that difference. In lieu of a rebate, Buyer can rather elect to credit the difference to any and all other costs associated with the sale transaction, including but not limited to buyer closing costs and loan discount points. Buyer must make their preferred election seven (7) days prior to closing in writing to Broker to allow Broker time to inform the closing attorney as to the handling of the rebate.
